Our Smart Traditional Landscaping services focuses on aesthetics and curb appeal by using water and irrigation heavily and including a wide range of plants and grasses.

Our Smart Xeriscaping services focus on water conservation and sustainability with greater emphasis on minimal to no water and irrigation. This service requires less maintenance and includes drought tolerant plants and efficient irrigation systems with lower water consumption.

Our Smart Tree Felling services include removing dead or hazardous trees, clearing land for development or construction, improving forest health and thinning density and importantly in most cases enhancing aesthetics and views.

For each client we assess every tree’s heigh, diameter and branch structure. Determining the felling direction (the direction the tree will fall) and removing every tree in sections where applicable and using techniques like limbing and bucking is what we are experts on. We are fully insured and Health and Safety Compliant.

Our Smart Irrigation Installation and Maintenance offering involves dividing your designated area into separate zones, connecting to your water sources and programming the irrigation controllers  to a water zone according to each schedule.

We regularly inspect the irrigation systems for any leaks, clogs and other issues. We also adjust the irrigation schedule as needed to ensure proper watering. We also install rain or soil moisture sensors to optimize watering. In most cases we offer advisory services in line with benchmarked systems and efficient technologies such as drip irrigation and smart irrigation controllers.
